- Is my child’s profile private by default?
- Yes. Under-18 profiles start fully private. Discovery by agencies, brands and clubs is off by default and only turns on when you deliberately enable it.
- Can agents contact my child directly?
- No. Agencies must complete verification before they can reach a minor’s profile, and any inquiry still lands in your inbox as the managing parent. There are no open DMs to minors on the platform.
- What happens when my child turns 18?
- You send a claim invitation to their email. They sign up, inherit the entire profile — videos, metrics, connections, history — and choose which connections to keep with you. No rebuild, no lost records.
- How many children can one parent account manage?
- Up to twenty. That covers most family and coach-as-guardian situations. If you manage more than that, contact us.
- Can two parents manage the same child?
- Yes. Add a second parent, guardian, or coach. Each gets their own scoped permissions that you set independently.
- What does it cost to start?
- Free. Creating a parent account, adding your child’s profile, embedding YouTube/Vimeo videos, and using discovery are free forever. Paid plans only apply when you want direct video upload and hosting.
